What a surprise. The usual people that I know, Lovely Clare and kind bubbly Catherine were replaced by Maria, who I had never met. To my absolute surprise and wonder, she was yet another knowledgable, humorous and kind person. She also looks amazing. Good service goes well beyond the norm at New Era. I have been a customer since Clare opened. I am a blue badge holder and Catherine actually marched into the road and stopped all the traffic, then walked me over. Clares husband found my car keys, which took ages as I had dropped them in the laundry basket, I have been late on several occasions but never had anything but the most pleasent treatment. What a place to go. A cross between a social club and a vistit with friends.

My symptoms are starting to get worse due to my chronic illness and the cooler weather coming in, the sunbeds help so much with my pain, and the staff are the reason why I return. Clean, comfortable and kind. Always a new era girl.

Lovely experience this morning. It was nice to receive the advice to have less minutes than booked as this was my first visit. Shows they care about their customers. Will return ☺️
