I visited for the first time today and did feel nervous about the whole experience. When I arrived Katherine welcomed me, bubbly and warm and kind. She reassured me and went through everything in detail and helped me choose the right tanning cream for my skin type, and what time was best. She didn’t try to upsell me anything more than what I needed and wanted me to just enjoy the experience. The sunbed itself was clean, easy to use and relaxing however I decided next time to do a lie down bed, I explained this to them and she even took the time to show me around the other salon rooms and which bed may be better for me. I have booked more sessions, as I feel confident already as I already have a small glow and I’m pale as anything so it’s been the best confidence boost already and I’m really excited to start my journey with New Era, the parking is easy and it’s very reasonable priced.

New era, has a very warm and welcome feel, Claire and Mel are so lovely. Beds are amazing, always clean . Would always recommend new era if you want to have a little sunshine in your life!! 🥰❤️
